SHIPPING Please provide a complete address for delivery during business hours. Orders will be shipped within 2-5 working days, unless otherwise stated. If shipping is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible. We use insured UPS shipping. Standard shipping will arrive as 2nd Day Air and Express Shipping will arrive as Overnight Priority. Note All orders received before 3.00 pm Central Time Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day where item is available. Orders received on Friday after 3.00 pm Central Time will be shipped on the following Monday. . Purchases over $10,000.00 will be shipped insured Overnight Priority only. . Billing address must match address on file with your credit card company. All shipments will be made to credit card billing address only. . All shipping rates are quoted for 1 lb packages. $1.25 extra for 2 lbs, $2.25 for each pound thereafter. . Please call our customer service representative to arrange for Saturday delivery. An extra $15.00 will be charged to your card. . Shipping will be charged for any incorrect addresses or returns. . Currently we do not ship international. RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY Refunds for the cost of an item are made if the purchaser is dissatisfied and notifies River Jewels within 7 days of receipt of the item. Requests for refunds can be made by phone or e-mail. River Jewels will issue a refund upon receipt of the item(s) in an unaltered and undamaged state, less any shipping and handling charges. You must call our customer service department at 303.522.5471 to get your return pre-authorized. You must send the merchandise back to us via insured mail. This will protect you in case the package is damaged or lost in transit. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us.
